Broking · India

Religare Broking

10x growth in digital revenue, with zero downtime on a live trading platform.

Religare Broking wanted to grow their digital business, but trading systems are not the kind of software you rip out and replace. Real-time equity trading runs on high-frequency, low-latency rails. Every millisecond shows up on a screen somewhere, and every minute of downtime costs real money. A full re-platform would have meant freezing the business for years, or running two systems in parallel and hoping nothing broke in the process.

We built a custom middleware layer that sat between the legacy trading core and a new mobile and web stack we designed from scratch. The middleware brokered every order, quote, position, and account event between the old world and the new. Customers moved to the new experience without anyone touching the trading core. The legacy upgrade then ran at its own safe pace, with the business at full speed throughout.

Banking · India

HDFC Bank

Social-channel banking, built before the rest of the industry knew it was a category.

HDFC Bank wanted to meet customers on the social channels they were already using every day. In 2017, that meant Facebook Messenger and Twitter direct messages. The WhatsApp Business API was not yet available to banks. The toolkit for building secure banking on consumer messaging platforms had to be invented as we went.

We designed and built the full social-banking stack. Customer identification across channels, authentication that worked inside a chat interface, and account-servicing actions that met HDFC's bank-grade security requirements on platforms never designed for banking. The system integrated with HDFC's core systems and went live to real customers years before any competitor had a comparable channel.

Insurance · UAE

Union Insurance Company

A full rebrand and digital redesign that doubled conversion for a UAE insurer.

We redesigned Union Insurance's entire digital footprint, from brand identity through to every mobile and web asset. The rebuilt experience doubled conversion from their digital channel. Insurance brings its own constraints, including heavy regulation, audit-grade workflows, and a sector where traceability matters as much as design, and the new build held to all of them.
